How we work.

Five named steps, every engagement, no exceptions. This is the same process whether you're buying a single audit or the full program.

Annotated five-step process diagram: Audit, Strategy, Execution, Reporting, Growth
01

Audit

Before we recommend anything, we find out what's actually happening — a technical crawl, an on-page review, and an authority snapshot, depending on what you're starting with. This isn't a sales pitch dressed up as an audit; it's the actual diagnostic work.

What you receive: A prioritized findings document, ranked by impact and effort.

02

Strategy

We turn the findings into a plan — what to fix first, what depends on what, and roughly how long each phase should take. You see the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

What you receive: A written strategy brief with a sequenced roadmap.

03

Execution

We do the actual work — on-page changes, technical fixes, content production, outreach, or local-profile cleanup, depending on the service. This is the longest phase and where most of the budget goes.

What you receive: The deliverables specific to your service (see each service page's 'What's included').

04

Reporting

You see what changed, in plain language, tied back to the original findings — not a raw analytics export. Reporting cadence depends on your tier (monthly at minimum, more frequent check-ins on Growth and Full Program).

What you receive: A monthly written report, plus check-in calls on Growth and Full Program tiers.

05

Growth

We adjust the plan as rankings and traffic respond — doubling down on what's working, dropping what isn't, and surfacing the next priority once the current one is handled.

What you receive: An updated roadmap each reporting cycle, not a static one-time plan.

What makes our process different

A named contact

You work with the same person or small team throughout, not an anonymous account-manager pool that changes every quarter.

Documented deliverables

Every step above produces a specific, named document or output — never just 'we're working on it.'

Honest scope language

We tell you what SEO can't promise — no guaranteed rankings, realistic timelines, and where the limits of any given service actually are.

Bilingual process notes

Strategy and reporting are available in German and English with equal depth — not an English process with a translated summary bolted on.
